You may also use your favorite IRC client to connect to our chatroom. Here are a few programs you can use:
mIRC (Windows) Trillian/Trillian Pro (Windows) XChat (Windows, Linux) Snak (Mac) Ircle (Mac) Pocket IRC (Pocket PC) We are using the PortalX.org server network: irc.portalx.org. If that server doesn't work, try connecting directly to one of the other ones: You can join our channel at: #stansweather If you have a ham radio callsign, please use it as your nickname. If you do not have one, then make up a nickname. (preferably one including your first name!) If someone on the server is already using that nickname, you will have to pick a different one. It is recommended you register your nickname with the server.
